The winning creative for this ad was a quick time-lapse video of the client demonstrating how she creates her slip casting molds with the promise that they’ll be able to do the same.
The headline piques the audience’s interest even more by pointing out that nobody else in her industry is sharing a guide that compares to hers.

WHY IT WORKED
Our team has found Instagram Story ads to be highly performative and engaging for this client. The client clearly communicates the promise of the webinar - to walk away with a four step process to unlocking the unique power of Etsy, and does so in just 15 seconds.
In the video, the client also mentions that she will be teaching her webinar at several different time slots, which offers her audience more flexibility to be able to sign up and attend, as opposed to offering only one time slot that they may not be able to attend.

The urgency to score such a massive discount created FOMO and pushed the clients audience to buy now.
The copy of the ad does an excellent job of outlining exactly what the audience should expect to receive from the course.

This ad utilizes both dynamic creative and automatic placements. We have found that Facebook tends to optimize ads better when selecting options like this that give Facebook’s algorithm more control to determine winning creatives and placements.
The copy is short form, with some versions using an enticing testimonial from a previous program participant, and always hitting on her audience’s pleasure point of finally being able to create the dream life they desire.
